1. Mission

  • Achieve short- and medium- term team KPIs by carrying out marketing tasks in terms of campaign and monetization based on ROI.
  • Analyze the basis for strategy success and failure and improve UA Best practices.
  • Spread UA know-how and help team members grow together.
  • Lead the marketing trend based on steady interest in mobile game publishing.

2. Role

  • Manage UA campaigns of 1 to 3 games in the short term. 
  • Construct a trust relationship with Adnetwork and game development team and consult them
  • Measure campaign data and achievement based on ROI to attract quality users.
  • Study new creative/ASO to increase the efficiency of UA

3. Required Competencies


  • Data analysis skills : Identify the cause by looking at performance changes by campaign
  • Ability to respond to situations : Devise an action plan based on the understanding of each network and data
  • Communication skills : Agreed and implement strategies with internal and external teams that need collaboration 



  • Mobile advertising data analysis capability (Excel, R, Python, SQL)
  • Expertise in UA platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords,…)
  • Expertise in App Analysis Systems (TUNE, Appsflyer, Adjust)
  • Ability to analyze metrics for successful mobile games
  • Expertise in advertising medium tools
  • Experience in monetization
